My Camera Bag
1. This is my camera bag, I got it from Zara and I love that it opens up like a vintage doctor's bag, and that it has a small ribbon with a reminder to attach your keys *

2. My camera, a Canon 50D. I normally bring only one lens with me.

5. A Canon flash. It used to be my mom's, from her very old Canon camera.

7. A little notebook to write down ideas, and reminders. I take it everywhere with me, that's where I write new ideas for photoshoots and blog posts. I always bring with me the book I'm currently reading, right now I'm reading an old edition of The Great Gatsby by Scott Fitzgerald.
Un pequeño cuaderno para anotar ideas y recordatorios. Lo llevo a todas partes, es ahí donde anoto nuevas ideas para fotos y posts para el blog. Siempre llevo conmigo el libro que esté leyendo. En este momento es una vieja edición de The Great Gatsby de Scott Fitzgerald.
8. Sunglasses. They used to be my mom's. From the 70s

11. A bunny-rabbit scarf, for when I get cold (which is always). It's from Zara.
Una bufanda de conejitos, para cuando me da frío (osea siempre). Es de Zara.
I'm always paranoid about someone stealing my camera. I used to disguised it, hiding my camera bag (the regular black bags that you can find at any photography store) inside a Chiapa's bag, that didn't look like anything pricey was kept inside. But it was heavy, and uncomfortable and huge!
Siempre tengo paranoia de que me roben mi cámara. Solía disimular que traía una, guardando mi bolsa para la cámara (una de esas bolsas/estuches negras que puedes encontrar en cualquier tienda de foto), adentro de una bolsa de Chiapas, que parecía que no traía nada caro adentro. Pero era pesada e incomoda y gigante!
I originally planned to look for a hand bag inspired by Garance Dore's Sofia Coppola Bag for Louis Vuitton . But finding a bag big enough to fit my camera and the protective pads was no easy task. When I found this cute (and cheap!) bag in Zara I didn't hesitate... Ok I did, but I came right back for it, and I'm so glad I did :p Originalmente planeé buscar una bolsa de mano inspirada por la bolsa de Garance Dore por Sofia Coppola Bag para Louis Vuitton. Pero encontrar una bolsa que estuviera lo suficientemente grande para que cupiera mi cámara y las cositas protectoras no fue un trabajo sencillo. Cuando encontré esta bolsa linda (y barata!) en Zara no lo dudé.... Ok, sí lo dudé, pero regrese luego luego por ella y me alegro mucho :p I'm always curious about the things other people bring along with them in their bags :3
