Como hacer: Una maceta de mosaicos

What you'll need:

Lo que vas a necesitar:

• maceta de mdf
• pegamento blanco
• pinzas para cortar mosaico
• mosaicos venecianos
• resanador en pasta ( yo use el OK)
• pigmento (yo use sombra tostada(; )

1) Cut the mosaics with tweezers, make sure they fit the width of the plant pot.

2) Once you have them all cut, choose how you want to arrange them, I chose to start with the darkest color and work my way to the lightest and was really happy with the result (:

3) Put a line of glue and stick the mosaics leaving a slight separation between each other.

1) Con las pinzas corta los mosaicos de manera que quepan en el ancho de tu maceta.

2) Una vez cortados todos, elige como los vas a acomodar, yo lo hice en degradado de colores y me gustó mucho(:

3) Pon una linea de pegamento y pegalos con una pequeña separación entre uno y otro.

4) Grab a little patching plaster and mix it with the color pigment of your preference (you can leave it white as well (: ).

5) Once you have it ready, use an spatula to fill the space between the mosaics carefully take of the excess with a cleaning cloth. 

*Tip: Make sure to varnish the pot on the inside before putting in the plant!

4) Con una espátula toma un poco de resanador y mezclalo con el pigmento del color de tu preferencia (yo use sombra tostada). También lo puedes dejar blanco si prefieres(:

5) Una vez mezclado, con la espátula rellena los espacios entre los mosaicos y con cuidado quita el exceso con un trapo.

* Nota: Asegurate de barnizar por dentro la meceta antes de poner la tierra(;

Done!  Now you can chose a lovely plant to match your lovely plant pot (:
