The Hair Diaries 

 

We didn't spend the holidays together, but we both took a trip and we both did something radical to our hair! In this post we want to write about the latter and soon we will blog about our trips ;)

No pasamos las vacaciones juntas, pero las dos hicimos un viaje y las dos le hicimos algo radical a nuestro pelo! En éste post queremos escribir de lo segundo y pronto escribiremos de nuestros viajes ;)

We've wrote a little about our past haircolors here, and even though I don't have a lot of pictures of my hair (or of myself for that matter :p) through the years, I've have had a lot of different hair colors, and blue was probably my favorite! It was the second color I had (the first one was bright red), and that was almost 10 years ago!! I can hardly believe it... but I've always wanted to do it again, and now I did!

Hemos escrito un poco de nuestro pelo de colores aquí, y aunque no tengo muchas fotos de mi pelo (o de misma :p) a través de los años, la verdad es que sí he tenido muchos colores diferentes de pelo y el azul fue probablemente mi favorito. Fue el segundo color que me puse (el primero fue rojo brillante) y eso fue hace casi 10 años! No puedo creerlo todavía... pero siempre quise volverlo a hacer y ahora lo hice!

Carmila has written about her hair before and how she has kept it long for most of her life, but now she finally has short hair and I think she looks great!
Carmila ya había escrito antes acerca de su pelo y de que casi siempre lo ha tenido largo, pero ahora lo tiene muy corto y creo que se ve super bien!

 Carmila's sister was the one that finally convinced me to do it, she said "there's two possible outcomes 1. you love it and everything is great, or 2. you hate it, but you will have had blue hair! how cool is that? And besides, more is always better than less" the last part is a quote from Alice in Wonderland (the disney cartoon version)

La hermana de Carmila fue la que finalmente me convenció de pintarmelo, me dijo "hay dos posibilidades, 1. te encanta y todo es maravilloso 2. lo odias, pero piensalo vas a haber tenido el pelo azul! Además recuerda, que siempre es mejor más que menos" lo último es una cita de Alicia en el país de las maravillas (la versión de caricatura de disney)

Is there anything you've always wanted to do to your hair but never have? It feels great when you finally do it, I highly recommend it! ;)
¿Hay algo que siempre te has querido hacer en el pelo peor nunca te has atrevido? Se siente muy bien cuando finalmente lo haces te lo recomiendo mucho! ;)
